The Holy Spirit was the inspiration
for the writing of the Word of God, and His words and works will always agree
with what is already in the Bible. Hence, the Holy Spirit and the Bible are in
complete unity. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God …” (2 Ti 3:16,
17) and the purpose of the Scripture
is for instruction in righteousness. It
is written to show man’s relationship to God and God’s requirements for man and
what man must do to be saved. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly
furnished unto all good works. Everybody ought to love and meditate the Word of
God that is food to hungry soul (Jer. 15:16).
