Ans: Silver cup.
2. Did Joseph use divination? (Gen.44: 5).
Ans: No, Not at all. Joseph led an exemplary life in Egypt. Egyptian officials used to such practices; here He was simply pretending as an Egyptian official.
3. As stated by Joseph’s steward, what would happen to the person with whom the silver cup was found? (Gen. 44: 10)
Ans: He will be a slave.
4. In whose bag the steward found the silver bag? (Gen. 44: 12)
Ans: In Benjamin’s bag.

Ans: Rending clothes was a Hebrew custom and a sign of genuine honesty, sincerity, and deep mourning.
